Shameful customer service from Angelina @Liberty life, which is meant to be justified by liberty life's employee's study leave which religates customer service to the back seat. Shocked and angry that it takes a week for so called financial anger to revert back to the client only when the client start asking questions. Why are the emails/correspondence sent at night, are these ppl freelancing. What are they doing during the day. Does Liberty stop the business when an employee is on study leave??,, please I am not prepared to wait another week,!!
