Liberty broker needs to improve on the communication s****s with clients

Withdrawal form for Provident form was submitted by company I was at. I submitted same form as a precaution & requested that person deal with me. Yesterday received suspect sms with no identity stating that I have to be informed of options because of my age & tax reasons. Liberty Call Centre confirmed it was from their broker who deals with the company's portfolio. He couldn't even have the professional decency to give his name. If it was a large amount I would've done the necessary & transferred & invested with a company of my own choice anyway.
