Liberty bad service
I have been waiting for feedback with regards to my pension pay out, liberty and its broker jlt, are giving a run around, jlt is not giving me feedback, liberty still hasn't paid out my money, i dont even know what the delay is, i need my money for debit orders, i dont even know if they have processed my claim. Its really frustrating me, jlt is in business because of me, liberty should chuck themselves out of business and jlt too, this is not acceptable

31 Jan 2019, 13:37I still dont get timely update,i have send emails and no one responds to me, they last spoke to me yesterday afternoon, they are not answering my emails since they realised the mistake on their side, what should i do now. All i want to know is have they been able to successfully rectify the mistake on their side, thats it, and when can i expect the whole process to take, is that hard to ask
