Liberty at it again

So now i wrote my review here last time, complaining that Liberty is still debiting money from my account, even though i cancelled my policies with them. They refunded only 1 policy whereas i have 2,now,this time around, they're sending me a refund form to complete and they can clearly see on the system what was refunded and when. With the first refund they only requested my bank statements and copy of id, now they are giving me a run around.
