Liberty are *******

My dad held a policy with liberty life, and in 2018 they received communication from a third party (financial advisor) to cash out the policy. Instead of paying the money to a verified account in my dads name, they paid it just anybody. Now my dad has lost that money, his financial advisor has passed on and Liberty refuses to provide proof that my dad was paid.

The law they are meant to pay to an account verified to be owned by the insured. But they refuse to give him any proof that they are correct.

Now begins the long process of going the legal root. Stay away from them, if a living person goes through this, imagine what your loved ones will go through when you pass on
