LIBERTY AND THEIR 7 WORKING DAYS EVERY TIME YOU CALL

I am sorely disappointed in you Liberty Life Claim for surrender sent through on 28th Febraury.was told will take 7 working days for.payment.called through on the 6th day to find out what is the progress and was told they will feedback.My issue is that now that I want to surrender its like I am forgotten.there has been no communication about progress whatsoever and I did tell Consultant I am not happy as I do not know where I stand at current.Next day I received an email to say they will feedback that my proof of residence must be sent,I did and until now no feedback.I called through yesterday to voice my opinion and consultant now says feedback will be given in 7 days which I was not happy as 7 days has passed now must wait for another 7 days.What is going on Liberty????I am very unhappy .I am glad I am retracting business if this is the way I am going to be treated,sadly it's like you dnt care to communicate
