Liberty and Standard Bank Investment ****s

This Company Liberty and Standard Bank are **** and ****** controlling people's money that my grandfather can't withdraw from his investments he made 2015. He is told he will be paid every month in percentages less than 17% he can't withdraw all his money these people are **** rather invest at home than with these radiculous and not helpful services full of stories and empty promises. My grandfather has been told he will only withdraw after 5 years from initial investment so now 2020 we were told to wait a little longer now it's 10years in the investment and they say the person who was assisting with the profile past away they can't help at standard Bank and they wont allow withdrawal in the policy only they would allow monthly payments to increase by 17% to reach 100k than withdrawal will be allowed. Please assist regarding this issue as my grandfather wants to withdraw from this investment and bank

Hello you guys are ****MING OLD people their money I want my grandfathers money. Your emails and calls are not Helping and assisting anywhere. Liberty and Standard Bank you ****ming old peoples money by not explaining to them correctly because that time you Financial Advisors wants to close business for commission. Please give my grandfather what is due for him it is more 10 years . where he was promised withdrawal 2020 where the investment was initiated 2015. so now you dont want him to take his lump sum of 200K he does not want increment on monthly withdrawal for his beneficiaries he wants was his Do not decide on his money and now you adding the government on this. You are ****MING OLD People and under privileged people. BRING BACK MY GRANDFATHERS MONEY SIES!!!there is nothing to investigate here *****sters. If this was clearly eplained to the old man this would not be happening and where did you get authority to re-invest his money without his permission?
