Liberty and SARS mess
Liberty had to pay out on a provident fund amount which was not taxable but yet SARS took off from the amount leaving the payout to be a fifth of the amount. I also never received a statement as how the payout was calculated and done.

02 Mar 2019, 16:04As per Liberty's request for a 24 hr period which lapsed 15;00 yesterday to get back to me, I had to endure more lies by staff to say my phone is going to voicemail when they are trying to call me back after a call to them because they don't answer my mails, phone was tested and none were wrong, was it purely a question that they wanted to go home and it was to close to closing time and they did not have answers to all my questions. The e=mail sent to LIBERTY and SARS was fully explanatory and yet this matter is going on from April last year with a less than positive result . How both parties are handling the complaint is not acceptable at all.
