LIBERTY -added another "life assured" to policy doc.

My mum has a very old policy with Liberty. On 20th June 2019 they changed to another "administration system" and mistakenly added me as a "life assured". Over a month later, after many phone calls, emails and follow up, I still am unable to get the correct document. You are kept on hold and 22nd July I reqtd to speak to a Team leader or supervisor or manager, and was kept on hold for a very long time-eventually got the email address, to which there is no response. For all policy holders who receive such an email - Please check your details - this is absolutely RIDICULOUS that they can add or change such vital info.
