Liberty, A bunch of ****mers

LIBERTY LIFE IS A ****!!! A policy was opened without my knowledge in 2020. The beneficiary is someone I don't know. I laid a complaint in October 2023 regarding this matter, till today they are sending me from pillar to post, I have to be the one calling them because I don't think they know what they are doing. All they know is debiting my account!!!! It's been 5 months and still nothing. I want to know how that policy was taken
