Liberty ,60 Days of no payment and failed promises

I would not recommend anyone to take up a policy with Liberty , the service I am receiving is appalling .I made a withdrawal claim on my provident fund (due to change in employment) which I had initially wanted to re-invest in my personal capacity with them again. It has been 60 Days (forms sent and acknowledged on the 9th of December) I am being sent from pillar to post. I was asked to wait until the 18th of Feb , which is today, when I called to enquire, I was told that they have not released the funds and I should wait another 5 days although the tax directive has been sent back and them having promised that by no later than the 18th I would've received my money. I don't know what else i should do to get my money , should I go the ombudsman!!!
