Liberty

I have both an Investment Builder and Retirement Annuity Builder with Liberty. Both are in negative growth/rate of return. My Financial Advisor has left the company and I've been asking to have my investments changed. Liberty has been "allocating" a new financial advisor to me for the last 2 weeks. I'm very displeased with this lack of service and their inability to replace a financial advisor. No one other than my allocated financial advisor can access my investments and I'm quite upset.
