Hello can I please get assistance regarding this policy number *** , we went to Liberty to submit forms for a claim and the lady that was helping us showed up us a policy that my aunt was meant to claim since she was the immediate expense beneficiary, they called her and she told them she doesn't want to claim the money so we also left it to give her time but 8 years later she hasn't claimed it so liberty sent forms for us to claim it indemnity forms for me to sign they asked for my account, letter of executor, an affidavit for disclaimer and they have been quite, when my sister calls them they say the money has been claimed by her and my brother which doesn't make sense because they couldn't do that without everything I only just sent this year, one consultant tells us it not claimed and the next one tells us it has been claimed, we really don't understand who claimed it and why would they ask us for all these documents and tell us to claim it and then turn around and say it has been claimed
