Liberty 2 pot withdrawal process sucks- its as if they did not anticipate anything.

In the midst of 2 pot withdrawals and Liberty is well aware that they had teething issues with their withdrawal system which created so much backlog . yet, they have guts to close the for a half day on Friday 20th for some heritage day nonsense and still on Monday the 23rd their call center was closed. That's so much for putting clients first. Worst thing is they made a boboo with my initial withdrawal request and duplicated tax directive request and I had to redo the whole process. They suck!!
