Libertt withdrawal request

I never thought liberty takes forever to pay my money into my account. When I made withdrawal request into my investment policy with them about 3 weeks age sent paperwork, everything they needed on my side but to date nothing. They responded once it's like they are not taking their clients serious or they only take care the one's that are millionaires
