Libert life when you see this name run far away

Libery took a full 7days to pay out my mothers funeral benefit, the turn around time there is really poor, anyone that is thinking of doing business with them should stay far away, they promise payment within 48 hours, but I waited 7days. My family had to take out a personal loan to pay for my mothers funeral, I'm appalled at the slow turnaround time. This huge financial institution has no remorse for a family going through a difficult time, because of a lost loved one.
