Libert Life dragging their feet

My Brother-in-law had a life policy with Liberty Life. He was ******ed in April 2021. All the necessary documents regarding his passing have been submitted to Liberty months ago with no response. When one is signing up for an insurance policy the company promises the earth but when it comes to pay-out time they drag thier feet and apply all sorts of delaying tactics. The policy is not large and the beneficiaries are not on the bread line but the principle is what matters. We have been communicating with Liberty since mid November 2021 and have seen no progress whatsoever.
