Dear Liberty , i just need closure and don't have the energy to fight ,i have been calling and emailing for the past few months regarding a claim ,i have been sent to pillar to post and the only response i get is we waiting for Absa - no one bothers to update me i was advised that the person dealing with my issue is Claudia Kaizer of which i have never heard anything from her. If you cant help let me know and ill make peace with everything, I have sent all the required documents, u have been sending me the same forms for months that i have filled and sent back and still nothing, I don't know if i should walk to the nearest Liberty office and demand answers.
