Late Payout
I've submitted my forms for payout at the end of April 2015.

I was ensured by Liberty and my employer that it will take 4 to 6 weeks for payout. I was without a job for most of last month, meaning I have absolutely no money - which worsens this as I was relying on Liberty's word and commitment.

I am in an account management role, meaning Im on the road, have to cover, not just petrol, but also entertainment of clients. Im busy losing my job now as I don't have any money to perform my job.

If the longer payout was communicated, I could've made alternative plans. Now its too late, and unfortunately Im relying on Liberty to save the day, which Im not too confident that they will succeed. Broken commitments is a bad reflection. things do go wrong, but what matters is how you rectify them. Will give feedback on how this was resolved in the end.
