Lack of service - Liberty Stash

Whom It May Concern,

For the past week and a half, I have been trying to reset the PIN for my Liberty Stash app. Each time I contact your call center, I am assured that either a member of the Stash team or a manager will contact me, yet despite approximately six follow-up calls, I have not received a single callback.

This level of service is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about Liberty's commitment to customer support. As a result of this ongoing lack of assistance, I am currently unable to access my savings, which is unacceptable.

I request that this matter be resolved as a matter of urgency. If I do not receive immediate assistance and a satisfactory resolution, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter through the appropriate channels.
