Lack of Ethics

I had a provident fund as well as a pension fund with liberty. I submitted my claim on my pension fund a year ago, claiming only 50%. This year the remaining balance was paid out without resubmiting paperwork. I contacted liberty to enquire about the provident fund. Was advised that I had to submit documents. To which I agreed to do so at my earliest convenience. To my surprise liberty has been sending my relatives texts informing them that I have unclaimed funds! Liberty has never sent me a reminder about the funds, but has the audacity to contact people who aren't even listed as my beneficiaries. Deeply disgusted by liberty and their lack of ethics
