lack of communication and efficiency!!!

I have never received such bad service, no communication at all. My claim hasn't been paid till date from June. Documents have been sent and there is always outstanding documents that they require only if I can to follow up on the claim. Can't even speak to a manager. The last person I spoke to told me they don't work for processing so they don't know their process. I called on Tuesday 24th and was promised a turnaround time of 24hours. I still haven't heard from them. I have to be the one calling again to follow up. The least they can do is send and email stating that all documents are in order and when will they pay out.
