Kidney disease

Good Morning

Still I haven't received any help from Liberty. I do have a policy with them to pay out when i have a life threatening disease. I was diagnosed with kidney disease 3 years ago. They were supposed to do their job and pay out...nothing. Now it's getting worse and they still don't want to pay out. I don't have a medical aid to go to doctors regularly and I am a single mom of 3 who's dad passed away a few months ago. I don't have the finances to go to the doctor. I have send them everything I do have and now I don't hear a word from them. Please help me to get the word out that people don't use Liberty. It's all a big ****. I have been with them for many years!!!!! Please I need that money to get to a doctor and look after myself. I am the only one that my kids have.
