*** service from no Broker

Good day. Hope you are well. I'm a member since 2016. My broker was Malan rossouw . With a shock I Heard today that my Policy lapsed . We had a few policy with Liberty .Pension fund, Illness policy Funeral plan. Everything went off on 1 account where My husband get his monthly Pension Interests in . so I was under the impression my premium go off. Now I must hear mine lapsed.. I never was informed that that my Broker Left Liberty live.I even don't know who is my Broker. . I never was phoned or emailed . Now what must i do. No no no service. My Husband pension money was gladly excepted but now this is the service up to ****.
