<p>My son became epileptic july 2016 my broker said i should claim under living lifestyle due to him needing a special school and all the cost involve 03 of september i submitted al documentation asked for 2 weeks after i had submitted my daughter was diagnosed with one of the rarrest bladder condiotions at her age of 4 yeaes i then sumitted another claim to shorten my story 6 months later now broker and claims blaming each other for paperwork not sent trough me not being allowed to speak to claims going trough diffrent sourses them not even finding my claims most of the time losts of money spent on airtime empty promises from the managers to consultants i wish now i had chosen a diffrent company i pay a lot of money on my insurances yet im just a number my son cant start school finanses are ****ing us my daugter could have started procedures that cost a lot of money that could help her but because of *********** staff Claims department precious time is being wasted please choose wisely when it comes to insurances and record everything as they are quick to take but slow to pay </p>
