I've send liberty life a email to tell them i received a termination letter from my work i even send them the termination letter. I got a email back stating they in the process of canceling my policy. I called them and plea that I dnt want to cancel my policy but if it's possible to freeze my installments for 2 to 3 months as it is difficult to get a job in December. I'm 12 years with liberty life.The lady immediately reply no sir you skip a payment you will loose everything, we cannot freeze your policy for 2 to 3 months. It was the most sickening feeling. I'm very disappointed will never recommend thpl.please check your policy if you got a liberty life insurance policy, the cruel.
