IT3(a) - POP-UPS!!!? - I WOULD APPRECIATE A RESPONSE

I'm still awaiting a response to my request of 13 June 2022 for an IT(a) tax certificate that does not hide information as pop-ups. You have never done this before in the past and I have not received any other tax certificates with these pop-ups.
