It is more than 4 years and nothing has been paid

It is more than 4 years now, we have not yet being paid, I feel this is really because of 1 person who doesn't want to submit documents we must suffer, im the only one working at home my parents and siblings are not working, I don't earn much, im even straggling to pay of my Vehicle with standard Bank, the person who doesn't want to submit documents she's well employed, she works for the government, she doesn't have any financial problems, im depressed I really can't take it anymore, please pay us she doesn't need any help 😢 Policy number *** .
