Is there anybody working at Liberty?

I left my last job on 10 March. A week later or so I did an application via my ex-employer to have my Liberty provident fund paid out. Today I write on 7 May and am still no closer. I received a message about needing a letter from SARS as they tried to put it through but it didn't work. Now, I assume it is because when I registered for tax I was a non-citizen so my ID ended in 180, since then it now ends in 081. But otherwise it is the same ID number. For the last 18 years this was no problem for my IRP5s, Liberty taking my money for an RA. However I wouldn't know because the Liberty Corporate call centre doesn't seem to be working. My emails are being ignored, and phoning is futile - holding on 30min without answer. Can somebody please help me here?! Oh and in other news, the SMSes don't say they come from Liberty - I thought at first I was receiving **** SMSes till I realised it was Liberty.
