IS LIBERTY BROKE OR JUST FULL OF BROKEN PROMISES??

I have been trying to cancel my RA for over 8 months now ... all the other Insurance firms paid out within less than 30 days... Liberty just sends emails with broken promises that contain no actual status or info - other than awaiting feedback from SARS!! I have phoned, emailed begged and pleaded to get a response and even advised that I am reporting them to the Ombudsman and nothing ... just pathetic lack of service, broken commitments - has Liberty got cashflow issues... or what is the problem is it just incompetence - the feedback was even incorrect and wrong that I got initially... they got one tax directive on one policy but cant get their act together on the other one I only get that they await feedback from SARS ... I am sure I am not the only one going through this ...

It has been over a month with NO feedback only that they have escalated and will get back to me ... This is absurd that a legal entity that is of such nature can just fob a person off and not actually take any action - if I knew Liberty was like this I would NEVER have trusted them as my Life Insurance / long term insurer !!! My advice is people DO NOT USE LIBERTY!! EVER!!

Naome Ncube, thank you for responding to my HelloPEter BUT you are the SAME person who when I requested assistance via email on Tues 18 Oct 2021 responded with the below ... AND WE STILL DONT HAVE A MANAGER DEALING WITH ME AND ASSISTING... ???
What is going to be different this time? It's been 3 weeks and ....???
