Irresponsible IRP5 form submitted by Liberty

Hi Good day

I have just gotten off from the call with SARS regarding my IRP5 Form submitted by Liberty

They have informed me that Liberty submitted the IRP5 form with additional zeros in front of the directive number. And SARS informed me that Liberty needs to resubmit the certificate without the additional zeros in front of the directive number because it reflects without the zeros on their side. They have informed me that if liberty doesn't do this I should report them because the directive number SARS has is without the zeros.

I would like this resolved soon seeing I have this discussion before with liberty and no action as taken
