Unfortunately, there is no 0 starts. I am forced to give Libery 1 star. Just like they are forcing my dad into a corner using Absolute MAFIA ******ion tactics upon a pensioner.

Im writing this on behalf of my dad, a 72 year old pensioner. He's been paying a life policy for a few good years with the aim of it being inheritance for his grand children. What Liberty now has done, is offer him 4 choices:

Option 1: Increase your premium by 300% to keep the same insured amount. I'm talking THOUSANDS more.

Option 2: Change to an age-rated premium by increasing it with 150%

Option 3: Reduce your life cover with 66% to stay on the current premium, basically making the amount paid INTO the policy far outstrip the amount that will pay out, by a Stupid amount!

Option 4: No change: Keep paying your current premium for your current benefits and let the policy end when the surrender value runs out, basically stating "if you dont die in the next 3 years, you policy ends and means nothing. Thanks for you money. ***** you." The surrender Value is the amount that would pay out if my dad decides to stop this policy. the value is literally 1% of the total insured value or 1 years worth of premiums, if that much.

This is ****my and down right immoral to subject a pensioner to this kind of terms.

Either Pay up or lose out on ALL the money you have paid us over the years. ***** your Grand children.

HOW ON EARTH could a company do this to their Clients?! After years and Years of diligent hard work to provide and pay this policy only to be told PAY UP or GET OUT. Imagine the amount of Money my dad is loosing if this continues. All the years of Paying, Wasted. Increase the Premium and ruin his quality of life. There is NO happy ending here.

It is simply Inhuman, ********* and down right Diabolical of Liberty to enact this onto a person of age!
