Investment policies ****s

My name is Nelly I have an investment with liberty that matured last year 2019 December was never given an option to continue or take all the money. I recently had a financial crisis where I contacted Linda Knoetze my financial advisor to give a portion of my investment. I then ask her when is investment maturity date she told me it was 2019 November. And ask her why was I notified she told me they did and ask her how because I never received any notification and demanded proof of that until this day I haven't received it we are now approaching 3rd month. And they don't want to give me what was supposed to be given to me 2019 December they want to give me less than that. I was suppose to get more than that. Tried to talk talk to my broker and liberty but they all not interested in what I'm saying
