Investment ******

3yrs ago I invested money via LibertyGroupSA into a Stanlib account!!! and now 3yrs later as I want to do a withdrawal they have issues locating my funds!!! They are bullying because clearly Liberty was at fault with their paper work. My financial advisor at the time has been now fired for ***** allegations and LibertyGroupSA & Stanlib are making it my issue as they are asking me for a proof of payment sent to the guy!!! Do they not have his records? It’s been over 4months since they have been supposedly trying to fix this issue but it’s one issue after the other. I did a direct payment to @Stanlib account and weirdly enough they said my portfolio does reflect but the money is still in their bucket account! I thought using companies such as @LibertyGroupSA to invest would give me a peace of mind but it’s been nothing but bullying and an inconvenience as my R10K means nothing to them!!! I have my life cover and retirement annuity with them, surely I thought it meant something.
