I, My parents and siblings decided to invest some money with Liberty. So now we decide to cancel that and get the money invested payout to all of us. My dad was the one who make sure everything was in place but now they are taking him up and down promising him that liberty will pay us. The first he went to Liberty offices in Louis Trichardt, he said there people there were giving him attitude and didn't want to helo him. Then another lady told him to bring documents that were given to him during the agreement of that investment. He was told the money will be paid on the 8th Jan 2018. He took the documents the next day. And went again after 2 days to do the follow up and he was told to bring ID copy of my self, siblings, my mom and himself and then he did then he was told again the money will be paid on the 22 Jan, 2018. No money was paid out to us. So today 6 Feb 2018, he went again to find out what was the delay and he was told that the investment is seen as if its owned by business, so my dad was asked to send a business registration number and he told them that it was a family investment that we initiated. And he was told to bring an affidavit stating that the investment was for his family not business. Nobody in my family does not even own a business.

This is the most annoying service I have never come across because I also have mu own investment plans with Liberty and now I feel like I might go through this pathetic process my dad has to go through. Its our money but Liberty doesn't wanna give it back. This. Is so bad!
