Invasion of private information

So I was told by MTN that your company called me to upgrade my data package, now i ask myself, how is this possible? Who gave you the right to access my private information? I dont recal being asked if I would mind Liberty Life accessing my information. Nor do I think what you've done is legal, how dare you? So now apparently I'm stuck in some bogus contract until 2019 so Im asking you to please produce the signed contract? If you have my signature on any dotted line then I'll apologise, but until then I'll concider you people ********* & ********. Fix this problem! Since when does liberty life do mtn upgrades?????
