Invalid IRP5 submitted by Liberty to SARS under my name

Liberty Corporate has submitted an IRP 5 to SARS on my behalf for the 2024 tax year. I have not worked for Liberty during this tax period or ever before. This is either a mistake or *****. I am unable to remove this IRP 5 myself and SARS says it needs to be done by Liberty. I cannot get hold of anyone at Liberty who understand the issue or can point me to the appropriate department. This problem is preventing me from completing my tax return and will cause me to owe a lot of money to SARS as the IRP 5 only shows income earned by no taxes paid.
