Insurance claim and treatment

I am not pleased with Riskfin(Liberty life) treatment. We transferred from one insurance to it as burial society. The agreement was that everyone who was covered in the previous insurance will still be insured but the new members will be on trial for 6 months. In the previous insurance the member and spouse were receiving R8000 and the dependent R4000. Riskfin promised to insure R10000 per person insured. Unfortunately we had a dependent passing on who was insured from the previous insurance and we lodged a claim and we were told that we won’t receive R10000 as agreed upon but R4000. We disputed that until we said it’s ok. We never received any notifications as to our claim is received, accepted and the payment has been made, we had to call them all the time for 3 weeks to know that the claim is approved. Weeks later they told us the claim is approved. Weeks later they requested to meet with us and we agreed. On the meeting when we are asking questions Riskfin told us that they traveled from Pretoria to where we are with their petrol, they will never troubled by 17 people while they have 4000 people, we can go other insurances.
