I am disappointed to the service I have received . I completed forms to adjust my RA premiums and requested a consolidation of my RA policy - liberty never responded. Now month end I get double charged on my premiums incorrectly and I called Liberty today the consultant didn't resolve my query. She told me the system is down and will get back to me.

Why is it that customers get the knock as now am sitting with my account reduced with these incorrect charges ...Im utterly obsett
