Insulted by your Consultant!!!

it is disgusting that i was insulted by your consultant on the 28th Sept 2015 at 14:48. icalled your office and spoke to Shaun logged the complaint, he promised me that Sandra Labuschagne will call me and also gives me a recording for your insulting Nkateko( call ***) so this is a norm with Liberty, you dont attend to your client's complaints?? does this mean i am insured with the wrong company??
