Insuficient Information

I took a policy in 2004. I wasnt properly advised by the broker that I will not be able to access the funds until th age of 55. I am absolutely disgusted with the sevrice from Liberty. I have logged a complaint in the 14.05 and heard nothing since. Me as the client always has to follow up. This broker never explained this product to me properly. Now I am trying to get a hold of this broker and he is nowhere to be found. We as clients trust the brokers and their advise. This is my money and I want access to it. I am not going to pay for his mistakes
