Insufficient Refund Nov 2007 to Jan 2024

I had a funeral policy with Liberty and in October 2007 one of my assured Jabukani Ernest Baloyi passed on .I claimed R15000 in Standard bank Tzaneen to bury him but the premium never stopped from November 2007 to January 2024 then I called Liberty for refund and I was given R2 452, 50.I have called Liberty on this number *** more than 20x promising to come back to me but never .I need my money for school fees of my children and it was not my responsibility to stop the deduction but theirs after I have claimed please help me
