Instalments are good, but when it comes to paying a claim different story

I would have given zero star If you are thinking about life cover with Liberty, think again. I was advised to cancel an old policy that my partner and I had as a buy and sell agreement which covered each other's life in the business. On recommendation we cancelled our existing policy to get a "better" policy with Liberty. Unfortunately after a year and a half my partner passed away. He was 10 years older than I. Liberty came up with so much bull**** and was looking for so many excuses not to pay the claim> Sad story is that my details was under my partner's name and his details under my name. I was sent for many tests and he for none. Obviously they made the ***** up. I was told to take the matter to high court if I was not happy with their decision not to pay. Amazing how my instalments, which was not refunded, was good enough but when sadly someone passed away they would not pay the claim even though cancelling a very old existing policy. Really bad. They can shove their business up their asses
