INNOMPETENT STAFF

Good day,

I m writing this review in connection with my Mothers Policy

Liberty was informed more than 10 times of a POP but no one has followed -up since December, The policy monies was paid to liberty on time and they still cancelled her policy

I have contacted, emailed Liberty numerous times with POP with no one getting back to her, She has this policy more than 15 years and his is how you treat her

Please can someone get InTouch with me ,else this will be escalated as your staff in your offices are ***********
