Inefficient and bureaucratic

I am struggling to understand the frustration I have had divesting education policies for my children. Despite numerous submitting of documents- the administrator via email could not pick up the attachments- it was sent 5 times. The saving grace here with getting the documents through was a gentleman Dhlamafa Xaba- who after contacting the complaints- assisted me. Further, I am still struggling, as I took out an education policy and a 'protection' policy for these primary education polices. It seems that even if you divest these education policies- it will NOT automatically cancel the protection policies. So you will still be paying for a 'protection' of the benefits and associated cover- on a non existent policy! Does not seem logical, not ethical in my view. Redesign your system! You cannot take money for a protection benefit on a non-existent policy which has been cancelled. <br> Never again a Liberty policy for me.
