Inefficiencies

I am so tired of inefficiencies at Liberty. I have a paid up retirement annuity, which I'm trying to withdraw from but since the 2 September I'm still waiting and I was told it was going to take 30 days when other companies only take few days to pay their customers. I tried to call my consultant this morning all his lines are off and emails are bouncing back.
