Ineffective and inefficient

Have sent request to cash me out on the 25th April 2018 as i have been deceived with being short paid. R9000 when i switched as per application summary system generates.

However to date have not received my payment. Kindly confirm as to when this will be paid. Its already been 9 days including public holidays and weekends. 6 days without public holidays and weekends and received no payment to date.
