Why is it that I have requested a change in debit order dates for this RA contract and a debit order goes off on the 10th of August?

This is absolutely unacceptable! I demand a reversal of the debit order with immediate effect! I also demand that the contract be cancelled with immediate effect! This is not the first time I have had issues with Liberty and debit order dates for this contract and quite frankly I am fed up having to deal with your incompetency!

This is after the debit order change I requested on the 9th of August, was said to be implemented on the 10th. It is there in writing for any idiot with an education to see that I request that the money ought to be debited on the First Day of Every Month!! Yet a debit order kicks off on the 10th of August?! What happens should I need to claim?
