I'm going in circles with *********** employees with reference to an annuity payment for 6 months.

They cannot even read an email properly with content pointed out to them by SARS.

It is such a shame that people do get employed by a financial services company, who have absolutely no idea of their job besides reading a script. Why not employing educated and properly trained people of whom thousands are without a job in SA?
