Liberty Life is a rip of company with only sweet talk promises. My Annuity lost 10% in the first Year. Never made a cent. Liberty will not accept responsibility for investing in failing markets. I just gave away my savings so Liberty so they can pay their Salaries and bonus. I was advised to invest in 5 year endowment which is performing at minus 10% in the past 2 years. In the first Year i discovered this loss and informed the Broker, who had already taken off his bonus. Another Broker came in, to reallocate my portfolios, a year later, I discovered i was still losing money. On inquiry, I was informed that the portfolios, was never changes they were left in negative growth. I regret changing from Investec. Dont make the same mistake I made. Liberty never informed of the failing markets, I had to discover that for my self. No customer service
